About Zethyn McKinley and 360 Yoga

While I’ve had over a decade-long relationship with yoga, it didn’t start very well. My first classes weren’t calming or enjoyable, so I thought it wasn’t for me. But in the coming years, as my long-term battle with hip and back pain intensified, I found myself returning to yoga. Days turned into weeks, weeks into months, and before long I found myself performing yoga every day. I was hooked.

In the years since, I’ve devoted myself to learning more about yoga while improving my own skills, including receiving my 200-hour teacher training with Siddhi Yoga under Parveen Nair in Goa, India. I have taken additional training with Deborah Wolk, Jason Crandell, and Elise Miller. My personal experiences have inspired me to share yoga and meditation with others—and to create 360 Yoga.

360 Yoga focuses on Hatha and Iyengar styles, emphasizing alignment-based teachings and working with the breath to help you find well-being and personal acceptance.

In addition, after realizing my toddler didn’t seem interested in yoga, I took a kids yoga teacher training through Cosmic Kids and began teaching children and their caregivers in daycares and at a public library. I am passionate about helping kids learn about themselves and providing parents some calm in the chaos.

I look forward to helping you use yoga to reduce stress or pain; to improve your flexibility, balance, and strength; to connect with yourself; and just have fun. Start your own journey to mindfulness and wellness with 360 Yoga!
